HeyExpiry / Domain expiration checker
Free domain expiration date checker
Enter a domain to see when its registration expires and which registrar holds it. The same check also shows the date its SSL certificate expires.
Free, no account needed.
What the checker shows
- The date the domain registration expires and how many days are left.
- The registrar the domain is registered with.
- The registered domain name, if you typed a subdomain such as www.
- The SSL certificate expiration date, issuer and trust status for the same site.
How to read the result
If the registration expires within 30 days, renew it with the registrar now rather than relying on a grace period, which differs by registrar and domain extension. Some extensions do not publish an expiration date. In that case the checker says so instead of guessing.
Common questions
How do I find out when a domain expires?
Type the domain into the checker above. It looks up the public registration record and shows the expiration date and the registrar.
Why does the checker not show a date for some domains?
Some domain extensions do not publish an expiration date in their public records. HeyExpiry shows that clearly instead of guessing.
Can I get a reminder before a domain expires?
Yes. Add the domain to HeyExpiry and it emails you at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before the registration expires. It is free for up to 10 domains.
